WebOvarian cancer is such a tough diagnosis. With such findings on CT/US now, the CA125 is still not very high so I would imagine when the US was normal - the CA125 is unlikely to be elevated. It’s also a marker that is neither very sensitive in picking up ovarian cancer or very specific in identifying ovarian cancer.
