Web15 sept. 2024 · To obtain a comprehensive view of acetylome in T. tabaci, we employed a high-resolution mass spectrometry-based proteomics approach to identify the acetyl-lysine containing proteins and acetylation modification sites. As a result, 579 acetylated proteins with 995 modification sites were identified in this insect at the proteome level.
