The United States in particular has faced a staggering and disproportionate number of COVID‐19 cases—with over 22 million cases and 370,000 deaths recorded as of December 2024 (Dong et al., 2024 ). WebThis result can indicate that ESG-related funds presented better performance during the COVID-19 period when compared to the other funds and other periods. 5. Conclusion. The main purpose of this paper was to analyze the risk-adjusted performance of ESG-related mutual funds, considering periods of financial constraints and the COVID-19 Pandemic.
