Web28 de jun. de 2024 · My Z startpoint for the actual thread cycle is Z.5. For reference: I'm using a G92 Cycle on a Fanuc control lathe. Thread is cut with a typical 8pitch Acme thread. The higbee is being cut with a .187w TNMA insert. I've tried moving my higbee start back to 1/2 the lead but all I ended up doing was wiping out the first thread altogether … Web22 de mai. de 2024 · higbee cut on back end of part Help I need to Higbee cut both ends of an O.D. threaded part.
